Tropic Boulevard is one of the 15 streets of Tropic Isle, the waterfront neighborhood developed south of Linton Boulevard and east of Federal Highway in Delray Beach beginning in the mid-1950s, when the developer dredged the canals, poured concrete seawalls and raised the lots with the fill. County records list 30 single-family homes on the street, including 2 on direct-Intracoastal or wide-water lots at its eastern end.
Like the rest of Tropic Isle, Tropic Boulevard has no mandatory HOA; residents may join the voluntary Tropic Isle Civic Association. Boats leave the canals directly onto the Intracoastal Waterway, with the Boca Raton Inlet about five miles south and the Boynton Inlet about eight miles north. The beach at Atlantic Dunes Park is about five minutes away over the Linton Boulevard bridge, and Atlantic Avenue about seven minutes north.
Estimated values on this site are each home's 2026 Palm Beach County Property Appraiser market value multiplied by 1.21, the median ratio of sale price to county value across 40 recent arm's-length Tropic Isle sales. They are a starting point, not an appraisal; renovation level, dock and seawall condition and lot exposure move individual homes well above or below the estimate.
County records; prices are recorded sale prices.
